FEES & INSURANCE

Please note that I do not participate with insurance and my services are considered private pay. I do provide clients with a SuperBill upon request. I encourage all prospective clients to communicate with their insurance company for 'out-of-network' coverage and reimbursement rates prior to initiating care.

Individual and Family Therapy - $175 (53 minutes)

Initial Intake Session - $200 (53 minutes)

Testing Consultation - $250 (90 minutes)

Credit Cards, Check, and Health Savings Accounts are accepted forms of payment.

Sliding Scale fees available on a limited basis.

All payments are due at the time of service.
